Pipers Apartment comprises two bedrooms and offers private self-contained accommodation with a relaxing lounge area opening out onto a spacious terrace with sea views, on the first floor. The Apartment caters for 4 guests with a portable cot ($5 charge applies) available for an infant. The Apartment is perfect for single party bookings who are happy to share one bathroom (i.e. family or friends). However, up to two guests will morebe given the option of booking just one of the bedrooms - either the room with a Queen bed or the room with the Twin Single beds, in which case, the other room will be locked off and not made available to other guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides the opportunity to cook yourself, or you can join the other guests (48 hours notice required) and be catered for in the homestead. There are restful, elevated mountain views from each of the bedrooms. The rate does not include breakfast as the apartment is self-contained. However breakfast is optional extra at $30 for adults and $15 for children under 12 years of age. All rooms include fine cotton linen and toweling, electric blankets and heating, tea/coffee facilities with complimentary home-made cookies, TV & free WiFi. Dinner is available at the Homestead by prior arrangement only (48 hours notice required). Our current menu is on our website. The suite offers spacious accommodation in two rooms (Waimea Room and Callaghans Room) which are separated by the hallway, perfect for single party bookings happy to share one bathroom (i.e. family or friends). Waimea Room has a Super King bed and Callaghans Room offers the choice of a moreSuper King bed or Split King Twin beds. Up to 2 guests will be given the choice to book just one of the rooms (either Waimea Room or Callaghans Room), in which case, the other room will be locked off and not made available to other guests. Enjoy elevated views of the Homestead gardens and stunning sunsets over the Tasman Sea with a glass of wine, or home-made treats.
