The New Zealand Travel Pack is a package for people who are coming to New Zealand for a holiday or a short visit, and the New Zealand Immigration Pack is aimed at new migrants and long-term visitors planning on coming to New Zealand.

Will the DVDs play on my DVD player or computer?

DVD formats include multizone DVDs which will play in all countries and regions, and also play on a computer DVD player. Other DVD formats include NTSC for Japan and USA and PAL for the rest of the world.

How and when will I receive my New Zealand Travel or Immigration Pack?

Delivery is by priority airmail directly to your door and is usually within seven to 10 days for most countries, however please allow 14 days which covers orders received outside normal working hours. Delivery to a New Zealand address is usually three days.

What payment options do you accept and is it secure?
