The Residence is our brand new Lake Tekapo resort set beside the shimmering turquoise lake and nestled amid snow-capped mountains. Offering luxury, style and freedom to those who stay here, this is the perfect haven from the stresses of city life.
Providing the ultimate holiday facilities in an environment the rest of the world envies, our Lake Tekapo luxury accommodation is in the heart of the South Island, near Aoraki/Mount Cook.
The Residence is the first development of its kind in this highly sought after location and its unique design and elegant style have been built with your complete satisfaction and comfort in mind.
Our Lake Tekapo luxury accommodation comprises of 29 spacious residences.
Each residence features three king-size bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. A spacious open-plan living and dining room feature a gas fireplace and French doors opening to your own private courtyard.
The kitchens are fully equipped with quality appliances. There is also an internal garage access.
Tariff is from NZ$250 per couple per night, and for four to six people it's NZ$450 per night.

Lake Tekapo is situated about halfway between Christchurch, the South Island's largest city, and Queenstown, New Zealand's Tourist Capital.
Originally a glacial valley, the lake is now a stunning turquoise-blue colour from the glacial sediment.
Lake Tekapo is 32 kilometres long, 2,000 feet above sea level, and 120 metres deep at its deepest part. There are two major glacier run-offs and six major rivers which run into Lake Tekapo.
