Awaken to sun pouring into the main bedroom as sparkles reflect off the ocean, while luxuriating in the cosy queen size bed. Choose to wine and dine on one of two balconies as the sun sets across the bay behind the Tarawera Ranges, or rise early to breakfast facing the sunrise from the horizon.

Oceanside Escape's beachfront accommodation in Napier is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of an apartment building accessed by external stairs, with internal stairs once inside. Subsequently access may be difficult (or not possible) for those with a physical disability.

Due to the access via an open balcony and stairs, adult supervision is required at all times for any children accessing the apartment.

About Hawke's Bay

Hawke's Bay is loved for its sunny climate, fabulous beaches, coastal plains and long-established vineyards. It is also one of New Zealand's largest pip fruit growing areas.

Napier, the main city of the Hawke's Bay region, has one of the largest concentrations of Art Deco buildings in the world.

The Hawke's Bay vineyards are all within a short distance of Napier and Hastings, the other city in the region. More than 30 vineyards are open to the public for wine tasting. Many also operate cafes and restaurants in both indoor and outdoor settings. The Hawke's Bay region is especially known for its fine Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties.
