For Northland beachfront apartments, you'll enjoy our penthouse two-bedroom apartment with balconies.

Studio apartment and covered patio with additional bedroom also available. Both serviced daily and fully self-contained, on the absolute water's edge.

All bedrooms are with en suite bathrooms and surf views from every pillow. BBQ and outdoor furniture available.

Both Northland beachfront apartments have full privacy including separate entrances. We have a maximum of two client groups at a time. Other facilities include:

About Northland, New Zealand

Northland's best kept secret of fantastic bays, beaches, and unique activities are in the Real Far North, about an hour away from the Bay of Islands. Fishing—boat, beach, and rock are all here in relatively unexploited form.

Golf at Ahipara Links 18-hole golf course is just a kilometre away. Adventure is catered for at the Adventure Centre—this is the place to take tours to Cape Reinga and also to explore the Karikari Peninsula.

Cape Reinga, where the Tasman Sea meets the Pacific Ocean, is one of the most northern spots in New Zealand. Coach tours to the cape drive along the flat, silvery sands of Ninety Mile Beach—an historic highway (actually only 64 miles or 103 kilometres long) that is very popular with surf-casters and surfers.

As one of the first regions visited and settled by Europeans, the region has the oldest European villages in New Zealand and many historic buildings.
