Paula and Garry would like to welcome you to 123 On Warrington, our family home and bed and breakfast accommodation in Christchurch. Our two-storey 1920's style boutique accommodation in Christchurch has been lovingly renovated with original features from that era—chandeliers, wood panelling and flooring.
We have added two queen-size bedrooms in a more modern style purposely designed for a bed and breakfast, but it is still in keeping with the look of our original home.
Our bed and breakfast accommodation in Christchurch is both smoke free and pet free.
Both of our bedrooms have external access and a private share bathroom. You will have privacy in your own part of our home.
There is a choice of either continental or cooked breakfast which is served in our original panelled dining room. We take pride in our food quality and presentation and the pleasant experience you will share with us at our boutique accommodation in Christchurch.

Christchurch is well known as the garden city—we have protected liquid amber trees on our property, along with native pungas and camellias. Our boutique accommodation in Christchurch is centrally located with only ten minutes travel to the city centre.
We are only five minutes from the local mall where you will find a movie theatre, popular bars and restaurants, and of course good shopping. In addition to this we have a local bar and bistro just across the road.

Christchurch is the South Island's largest city. It is a vibrant, cosmopolitan place with exciting festivals, theatre, modern art galleries, great shopping and award-winning attractions.
In the centre of the city you can't help but notice Christchurch Cathedral, an outstanding example of Gothic Revival architecture. You can climb up to the spire for a birds eye view of the city and, while there, examine the cathedral bells at close hand.
Other central city attractions include the beautiful Neo-Gothic Arts Centre and the historic tram which loops the city centre.
Expect a high standard of cuisine wherever you go—restaurants and cafes make the most of the region's delicacies and local wines.
