Manor On Parade is our bed & breakfast in Napier, located on Marine Parade. The boutique villa was built in 1906. Recommended by Lonely Planet since 2008.
Imagine waking to the sound of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy a fabulous breakfast, read the paper or enjoy the beautiful sea views in the dining room at our B&B in Napier, New Zealand.
We are a five-minute walk to:

We have three lovely rooms available at our B&B inNapier:
Room 1 – Beautiful large room with a queen bed, en suite and sitting area with sea views from Cape Kidnappers to Mahia Peninsular.
Room 2 – Lovely room with a queen bed and en suite.
Room 3 – Queen bed, en suite and private balcony.
All rooms have luxury linen and LCD televisions. Free wireless Internet.
Our rates are NZ$150 - NZ$190 a night per room.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos.
