Manor on Parade is a boutique Napier bed and breakfast, set in a historic
villa which was built in 1906. Our centrally located Napier B & B has been recommended by Lonely Planet since 2008.

There are three lovely rooms available at our Napier bed and breakfast:

Room 1 – This beautiful, large room at our Napier B & B features a queen bed, en suite bathroom and sitting area with sea views from Cape Kidnappers to Mahia Peninsula.

Room 2 – A well appointed room at our Napier bed and breakfast with a queen bed, en suite bathroom and all the comforts you could ask for.

Room 3 – This room at our Napier B & B has a queen bed, en suite bathroom and access to a beautiful deck where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful Hawkes Bay weather.

Each room at our Napier bed and breakfast has luxury linen, tea/coffee making facilities and LCD televisions. Free wireless Internet is also available.

The rates at our Hawkes Bay bed and breakfast are NZ$155 - NZ$195 a night per room.

Our rates include a delicious full continental breakfast, which is served in the dining room of our Napier B & B. The dining room features sea views and an open fire in the winter.

Our Napier bed and breakfast is a five minute walk from the Napier town centre where you will find restaurants, the Ocean Spa Hot Pools and the National Aquarium of New Zealand.

Marine Parade is the place to be in February each year for the Art Deco Festival as this is where the Vintage Cars arrive and park and the old Tiger Moth airplanes fly along the beachfront.

A great way to explore Napier is by bicycle. Bicycle hire is located on Marine Parade and is just a ten minute walk away from our Napier bed and breakfast. There is a beachside walking and cycling track directly opposite our Napier B & B that will take you to Ahuriri seaside village (approximately 20 minute walk). Here you will find many waterfront cafes, bars, art galleries and boutique stores.

We highly recommend you visit the The Old Church – a Hawkes Bay restaurant with stunning views of the Ruahines, Kawekas and the setting sun. The unswerving attention to detail and luxurious decor make this a stunning Hawkes Bay landmark.

The Mission Estate Winery is also worth visiting when you stay at our Hawkes Bay bed and breakfast. Arrange a trip to the cellar door and try the extensive range of wines or take a historic walk and enjoy dining in the renowned Mission Restaurant. The adjoining Chapel also provides the ideal venue for a picturesque wedding reception or conference.
