Balmoral Lodge Introduction

Balmoral Lodge is a luxury lodge situated on Queenstown hill, just 800 metres from Queenstown town centre. Our Queenstown luxury lodge accommodation offers spectacular views of Lake Wakatipu and the Queenstown township from every room.

Balmoral Lodge was built in 1986 of the finest materials and is a place to relax and enjoy the many things that Queenstown has to offer in winter or summer. Our Queenstown bed and breakfast inn is decorated in elegant furnishings, antiques and a display of fine art adorns the walls.

Each morning a healthy, hearty breakfast is served in the dining room. Fresh fruits, homemade muesli cereals, fresh orange juice and yoghurt also a full cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs and tomatoes, tea or freshly brewed coffee.

Breakfast is available within our Queenstown luxury lodge accommodation between 8:00 am and 9:00 am, but is also available for those early departures for Milford Sound and other trips on request—as early as 6:30 am.

Queenstown Luxury Lodge Accommodation

Our Queenstown luxury lodge accommodation was built with comfort in mind and to provide the most spectacular views you will find at any Queenstown lodge.

All bedrooms within our Queenstown bed and breakfast inn, as well as the dining room, lounge and exterior decks, command spectacular panoramic views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and surrounding mountains. The ground floor suite opens onto the rose garden and lawns.

Each room within our Queenstown luxury lodge accommodation has king/twin or queen-size beds and is furnished with fine linens, plenty of pillows and large comfortable arm chairs.

Spacious en suite bathrooms with shower over bath. Some rooms have spa baths. Toiletries are provided and fresh flowers, picked from our magnificent rose garden, fragrant the rooms.

We also have special honeymoon suites available at our Queenstown bed and breakfast inn. These spacious suites offer all the trimmings for that very special time.

The first luxury honeymoon suite has a double jet spa bath commanding lake views from the room as well as the en suite.

The second luxury honeymoon suite has a hydrotherapy jet spa bath with commanding lake views from the bedroom as well as the separate lounge.

You can relax on the sunny decks of our Queenstown luxury lodge accommodation, or just enjoy this magnificent garden. Off-street parking is provided. We have a booking desk where all your activities can be arranged at your convenience.

About Queenstown
