Mt Rosa Lodge is a newly completed architecturally designed boutique bed and breakfast in Queenstown nestled amongst Mt Rosa vineyards in the Gibbston Valley.

This purpose built Queenstown lodge has a separate guest wing with private entry to the guest suites. Mt Rosa Lodge has three luxurious suites with spectacular views from each.

A private terrace from each room is available where you can take in the dramatic views and enjoy an evening drink watching the sun set.

The suites of our luxury bed and breakfast in Queenstown are beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with a super-king bed that can be separated into king singles. A haven to relax in, sleeping two to four people comfortably.

Your Queenstown bed and breakfast suite also has a private bathroom that is luxuriously appointed with Italian tiles and fittings. Soak in the double spa bath and step out into bathrobes and a warm tiled floor.

Other amenities within our luxury bed and breakfast in Queenstown include a desk area, TV, stereo with some CDs supplied, fridge, mini bar, complimentary cheese board, and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also ample storage in the room for extra luggage and sports equipment.

The suite's at our Queenstown bed and breakfast have a sitting area in front of a cozy fireplace and the couch will convert into a bed for that extra guest.

A gourmet breakfast is provided as part of the tariff at our bed and breakfast in Queenstown. Dining can be arranged in the dramatic dining room, romantic wine cellar, peaceful courtyard or by the outdoor fire place overlooking the whole of the Gibbston Valley.

Alpine picnic hampers are also available to watch the sunset further up the property from Table Rock or amongst the vines.

Ample parking is available on our Queenstown lodge property.

Our on site vineyard is planted out with 1000 pinot noir vines. It enjoys a sunny, frost free site and produced it's first harvest in 2008. Wine maker and pioneer of this region is Alan Brady and Brian your host attends to the vines. Enjoy a glass of this wonderful Central Otago wine called The Imbiber, whilst taking in the breathtaking views.

Your Hosts at Mt Rosa Lodge

Brian and Maureen extend a very warm welcome to you to their Queenstown bed and breakfast lodge.

Brian has been in the wine industry having been involved with the retailing of wine, has been a wine judge and director of wine competitions.

Maureen has a love of the food industry, having owned and operated a catering business. She is also a Cordon Bleu chef, so book in for dinner during your stay with us. With a three night stay, we offer a complimentary dinner.

Maureen is originally from Burma and so an exciting blend of cuisines awaits you when dining at Mt Rosa Lodge.
