Guest suites at our Queenstown bed and breakfast have been appointed with every imaginable comfort and amenity. Each suite has a sitting room, writing desk with house stationery, magazines and books for guest perusal, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, fresh flowers, WiFi (laptops provided), Sky (cable) television, DVD and Stereo/CD systems, and iron/ironing board. The beds at our luxury Queenstown accommodation are king and super king sized.

In addition, each down stairs suite at our Queenstown bed and breakfast has a queen sized sofa sleeper. Fall asleep on top of a lamb's wool electric underlay or under an all season wool comforter.

En suites are equipped with an oversized jet spa bath, a separate shower, double vanity, heated towel rail, under-tile heating, hair dryer, slippers, and guest amenity basket with some of the world's finest toiletries.

Indoor guest areas at our Queenstown bed and breakfast include the "Snooker Room" featuring a full sized historic English snooker table and dartboard. Curl up in the "New River Lounge and Bar" with open fireplace, large picture windows, and majestic views of the Remarkable mountain ranges. The wine cellar offers a selection of fine local and international wines for sale. The ski storage room is available to make your skiing holiday more pleasant.

Outdoor guest areas at our luxury Queenstown accommodation have been created just for you and include several local schist flagstone and timber deck patios. Our extensive gardens of native and introduced flora allow space to find a quiet corner for two.

Reflect on the day at "Pondering Point" on the north side of our property in our private "Battery Hill Park" with gorgeous stone waterfall, or unwind under the stars in the spa pool near the outdoor fireplace and gas heaters with soft music in the background.

Enjoy a huge breakfast in the cozy "Dining Room" with antique fireplace and floor to ceiling bay windows. Breakfast at our luxury Queenstown accommodation is a four course full on affair each morning at your personally requested time. Choices of juice and daily bread/muffin specials, fruit specials, homemade muesli and cereal, hot cooked egg specials, and end it all with hot sweet specials.

Location of our Luxury Queenstown Bed and Breakfast

Pencarrow is located on four acres at 678 Frankton Road, the main road to Queenstown. It is 3.5 kilometres from Queenstown airport and four kilometres from town centre. From the airport follow signs to Queenstown State Highway 6A (Frankton Road).

From Cromwell take State Highway 6 until it becomes Frankton Road. From Invercargill take State Highway 6 and turn left onto Frankton Road.

Travel 1.2 kilometres past the Shell station and turn right between Remarkable and Greenstone Terrace apartments. Instead of turning right again into the apartments parking area, travel straight up the gravel drive to Pencarrow (up and above the apartments).
