Luxury Holiday Home in Marlborough Sounds
One of Waikawa's million dollar properties with a million dollar view!
This two-year-old luxury holiday home in Marlborough Sounds overlooking the spectacular Waikawa Marina and Queen Charlotte Sound features a first class kitchen, granite bench, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, and natural timber benches.
The lounge is north facing to glass doors, opening onto a covered courtyard. The family-dining room opens to a covered balcony, all with a magnificent view of the marina, along with a new outdoor entertainment area featuring a spa pool and barbecue.
Tigers Den has sleeping facilities for ten people. The master bedroom boasts a view of the marina, a walk in wardrobe, en suite bathroom, plus its own LCD TV. Bedrooms two and three have new queen beds, and wardrobes.
Bedrooms four and five are twins that can be made into doubles. Bedroom five is also equipped with an LCD TV with built in DVD player for the kids. The guest bathroom has a vanity and shower.
General facilities include:

Tigers Den is located in Waikawa Bay, two kilometres from Picton situated at the head of the Queen Charlotte Sound. Picton is a popular tourism destination and is the gateway to the Marlborough Sounds.
Nestled on an attractive foreshore, Picton offers enjoyable activities ranging from fishing, dolphin and seal watching to award winning eco-tours, mountain biking, kayaking and guided and freedom walks.
Picton township offers a good selection of arts, crafts and souvenirs, waterfront cafés and superb restaurants.
