Lake View Villa provides a superb, top quality, Queenstown holiday home for rent overlooking downtown Queenstown.

The whole house comes with a meet and greet service for each new guest, is serviced every three days and comes complete with towels, linen, and everything you would expect from a cosy luxury holiday home.

Visitors can take in the amazing views from the open plan living area or all the scenery can be taken in while enjoying a BBQ on the huge balcony with outdoor dining area.

Queenstown Holiday Home Accommodation

Lake View Villa has 260 square metres (2790 square feet) of superb open plan living space. There is underfloor heating throughout and the main living area features a centrally located gas fireplace.

There are indoor and outdoor dining suites and a fully equipped kitchen with an extensive range of modern appliances including stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, plus a whole range of other utensils designed to make every visit a pleasure.

The house is also equipped with a large 42 inch plasma TV and superb sound system, plus a video library for the whole family's viewing pleasure. Each bedroom is also setup with its own flat panel LCD TVs. Each TV is wired for Sky Digital entertainment.

Other facilities include:

Guest toilet and fully fitted laundry
Large patio balcony with outdoor furniture and BBQ
Parking space for up to six cars with a double garage

For the bedrooms, Lake View Villa has three spacious bedrooms available. One has an en suite bathroom and all have access to either the balconies or the courtyard.

The Master Bedroom – Has a king-size bed, two built-in double wardrobes, chest of drawers, leather armchair, LCD TV with Sky Digital, and a telephone.

The en suite bathroom has a double walk-in shower, double vanities, heated towel ladder and spa bath with uninterrupted views of The Remarkables from the balcony.

Bedroom Two – Has a queen-size bed, a chest of drawers and built in double wardrobe, LCD TV with Sky Digital.

Bedroom Three – Has two single beds, a chest of drawers and built in double wardrobe and an LCD TV with Sky Digital.
