Atarangi on Palm – Palm Beach – A stunning near new 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom designer beach house sitting on the hill overlooking pristine Palm Beach. This premium home has fantastic views over Palm Beach, Mawhitipana Bay and Hauraki Gulf, from all bedrooms & living areas, with all day sun. There are spacious decks from living areas and a private balcony off the Master bedroom.

It has, under floor heated bathrooms, gas fire in lounge, along with a heat pump so you can set the perfect temperature. There is beech wood flooring in the living areas, and wool carpets upstairs. There is a fully equipped designer kitchen, a chef's paradise. Leather, glass & wicker lounge & dining furniture. Atarangi on Palm has beautifully landscaped grounds which gives a wonderful setting when relaxing on the deck with your gin and tonic.
