Canterbury Luxury Lodge Accommodation

Our Canterbury luxury lodge is spacious and inviting, with the luxury suite and three homestead rooms within the lodge warmly furnished with antiques, rich fabrics and soft furnishings.

Each room has its own individual charm with country views over the lovely park-like gardens and farmland to spectacular mountains beyond. We also offer two separate superb self-contained cottages which are avalable on a bed and breakfast tariff and are ideal for families travelling together.

The Claremont Luxury Suite – On the upper floor of the heritage lodge, the Claremont Luxury Suite comprises two spacious interconnecting rooms with a super king bed and a separate private sitting room.

The en suite bathroom offers garden views, has a romantic claw foot bath as well as a separate stall shower. There is a sofa bed which allows this suite to be configured as a triple.

The Three Homestead Luxury Rooms – The Rose, Fountain and Lily are deluxe rooms with en suite bathrooms. The Rose is on the upper floor whilst the Fountain and Lily suites are on the ground floor with direct garden access.

The Farm Cottages – For those guests travelling with younger children we have a three-bedroom, two-bathroom heritage style self-contained cottage with its own private garden, about 100 metres from the main building.

It offers families independence and flexibility and is popular with couples with up to three children.

Alternatively there is the Owner's Retreat. This is extremely private, has its own grounds and enjoys magnificent country views. It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom self-contained cottage that has recently been renovated to lodge room standards. It is two minutes by car or 15 minutes walk from the main lodge.

Both cottages have full heating and air-conditioning and come with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Breakfast is provided and the cottages are serviced daily.
