Fernz Lodge Accommodation Introduction

When you arrive at Fernz Lodge and drive down the tree-lined driveway and you will enter the secluded and peaceful plateau which overlooks a beautiful Kauri forest in the valley below. This is the setting of our Auckland lodge apartments.

Fernz Lodge, Conference Centre and Restaurant is situated in the inner city suburb of Birkenhead and is only 12 minutes from the city centre.

We have many activities of interest around here. Some of them are:

• Exploring the adjacent Kauri Park with its unique forest walks
• Discovering the art trail
• Relaxing in our sauna or outdoor spa
• Sitting in one of our beautifully landscaped courtyards

We can happily provide you with information and make bookings for the local tourist attractions.

We have accommodation to suit all of your requirements. We have:

Auckland Lodge Restaurant

Nestled away in our beautiful secluded and private setting, Fernz Restaurant in our Auckland lodge apartments is the perfect place for a Sunday lunch, romantic dinner, or can be simply a great place to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.

Our menu consists of reasonably priced starters, mains and desserts. Please call before attending to check our opening hours.

We also specialise in hosting weddings, and private or corporate functions.

Auckland Lodge Conference Centre

Only 12 minutes away from the Auckland CBD, we have a professionally designed and furnished centre that gives an enjoyable ambience that you and your staff will enjoy. Furnished with quality furniture and fittings, each room also includes original artwork.

We will work with you to help prepare a package that is customised to suit your needs. We can offer hands-on function management, provide extra equipment as required, and design menus to suit all tastes and budgets.

We have a range of conference rooms, so no matter how big or small your event is, we can help:

• Rangatira Room – Air conditioned and opens onto a private sheltered courtyard. Seats 50 theatre style.
• Kauri Room – A light and sunny room seating 16 classroom style.
• Ariki Room – Seating 16 boardroom style and opens onto a courtyard which overlooks a landscaped garden.
• Function Centre — Large room seating for 100 theatre style.
