Bayview offers a choice of accommodation including one studio unit, nine one-bedroom units and a three-bedroom unit that sleeps seven.

Our Bay of Islands apartments are ideal for a relaxing few days away from it all, or bring your briefcase and tuck yourself away and get some work done!

Three-Bedroom Suite – (Minimum two nights stay) Rates are for five guests, maximum occupancy seven. Extra guest charged NZ$30 per person per night. Bedroom one—queen and single bed, bedroom two—two single beds, bedroom three—queen bed. Full cooking facilities.

Family Suite – Rates are for two adults and two children, maximum occupancy five. Extra guests NZ$30 per person, per night. Separate bedroom with queen bed, two singles at side of lounge, pull out single sofa. Full cooking facilities, dining, lounge and outdoor grassy seating area.

Waterfront Suite – Rates are for one to two people, maximum occupancy five. Extra guest charged NZ$30 per person per night. One queen bed, one single bed, pull out double sofa bed in lounge. Full cooking facilities, dining and lounge area and an outside seating area overlooking the bay.

Non-Waterfront Suite – Rates are for one to two people, maximum occupancy four. Extra guest charged NZ$30 per person, per night. Separate bedroom with queen bed, pull out sofa sleeper in lounge. Full cooking facilities and outdoor seating areas.
