Our Tauranga motor inn's stylish accommodation is designed with your comfort in mind. Guests may choose from a variety of accommodation options including mezzanine and access studios, standard studios, and one and two-bedroom units.

Access Unit—Standard Studio – Each of the three access unit Standard Studios offer various sleeping arrangements. You may choose an access unit Standard Studio with a queen-size or king-size bed or, if you require more space, a slightly larger unit is available where a single bed can be added for your caregiver.

Executive Studio – Our seven ground floor executive studios are ideal for those travelling alone or as a couple. Each executive studio is carefully designed for your comfort and convenience. A front entrance to your studio and ample parking space gives easy vehicle access, while a back door opens onto a private grassed area where you can relax after a busy day.

Luxury One-Bedroom Unit – Our one-bedroom units are sleep up to four guests. With a queen-size bed in the master bedroom as well as a double fold out divan and single bed in the lounge area, the one-bedroom unit is ideal for larger groups or families. A king-size bed that can be split into two single beds is another option (depending on availability).

Mezzanine Studio – Each mezzanine studio is ideal for up to three guests. The mezzanine studio offers an upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a separate living area with plenty of room for a single roll-away bed.

One-Bedroom Unit – Our one-bedroom units are capable of sleeping up to four guests. With a queen-size bed in the master bedroom as well as a double fold out divan and single bed in the lounge area, the one-bedroom unit is ideal for larger groups or families. A king-size bed that can be split into two single beds is another option (depending on availability).

Two-Bedroom Unit – The spacious two-bedroom unit is ideal for larger groups of up to five guests. The two-bedroom unit offers a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a double fold out divan in the lounge area. A beautifully decorated interior, lounge suite, quality furnishings, tasteful artwork and comfortable throws on the beds offer a superior home away from home.

Tauranga Motel Conference Facilities

Hosting corporate conferences is our specialty. We offer an elevated and spacious conference room with an adjacent fully equipped kitchen and two toilets for your group's convenience.

Our conference room is capable of seating up to 19 guests in a U-Shaped fashion, up to 20 guests in boardroom style, up to 24 guests in classroom style, and up to 35 guests in theatre style.

We provide a television and video, whiteboard and lectern on-site. If you require further equipment such as an OHP, data projector or conference phone, we are happy to organise that for you.

We are happy to arrange finger foods and lunches to suit your conference group's needs. We invite you to discuss your requirements with us prior to your conference so that we can design a menu to suit.

About Tauranga

A scenic wonderland, Tauranga is situated mere minutes from Mount Maunganui's stunning white sand beach and numerous parks where visitors can enjoy peaceful surroundings and a temperate climate.

McLaren Falls Park is close to the city off State Highway 29. This 48 hectare site features Lake McLaren where visitors can relax under established trees for a picnic, or fish for trout. The park itself includes native bush with bird life, McLaren Falls and numerous animals in the adjacent park.

About the Bay of Plenty

The Bay of Plenty is one of New Zealand's biggest tourist destinations, with its white sandy coastline great for surfing and swimming. Numerous inlets and bays provide the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

The Bay of Plenty's waters are renowned for world record game fishing catches including big marlin, kingfish and tuna. Whale and dolphin watching are popular activities where it is not rare to see pods of orca fairly close into the shore or in the harbour itself.

White Island, an active volcano with unique attributes and well known for its scuba diving adventures, is located an hour's drive along the coast from Tauranga and The Mount. Daily tours leave from Whakatane, a historical town rapidly gaining popularity.

Temperature-wise, the weather is mild most of the year round, with quite hot summer months between January and April. The sunny climate is ideal for growing avocados, kiwi fruit and citrus for which the region is renowned. Te Puke, official home of the kiwifruit, produces more than 40% overall production of the internationally recognised delicacy.
