Our Hokitika accommodation has 12 modern and spacious ground-floor units offering you luxury and comfort in a selection of studio, one and two bedroom units, all designated non-smoking.

Our Hokitika Motel

Our Hokitika motel has 12 spacious, centrally heated and self-contained units to choose from depending upon your accommodation needs.

Each unit at our motel in Hokitika is serviced daily and has a LCD TV with Sky TV.

Studio Units – These units within our Hokitika motel all have a queen-size beds and en suite bathroom with double corner spa bath and overhead rainshower. Private deck and garden. Kitchenettes have cooking facilities with a ceramic hob and microwave.

One-Bedroom Units – Our one-bedroom Hokitika motel units have a queen-size bed and a single bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen-size bed in the lounge. Kitchenettes have cooking facilities with a ceramic hob and microwave. This unit within our motel in Hokitika also has en suite bathroom facilities.

One-Bedroom Access Units – The access units at our Hokitika accommodation have a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the lounge. Kitchenettes have cooking facilities with a ceramic hob and microwave. En suite bathroom facilities.

Two-Bedroom Unit – Our two-bedroom unit has one bedroom with a queen bed and a single bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. Sleeping up to five guests, this unit has full kitchen facilities and en suite bathroom facilities.

Hokitika, is the gateway to South Westland and the World Heritage National Park, situated on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. Hokitika is a small township made up of interesting places and friendly locals.

Hokitika is the home to several shops that sell expertly crafted greenstone jewellery and sculptures. Further craftspeople that are also popular to the region are gold jewellers, wood turners, glass blowers and potters. Other sources of wealth for the residents of Hokitika comprises of, tourism, farming, sphagnum moss and fishing.

Visitors to Hokitika on a clear day can gaze at New Zealand's highest peak Mount Cook as the sun strikes the summit at dawn and turns the snow-capped mountain pink. Or take a stroll along the beach and admire wonderful sunsets in the evening. You will need to stay a while to explore the local area and use it as a base for half or day trips to Shantytown, The Pancake Rocks or the Glaciers.
