Our Rotorua motel has 17 units consisting of:

Six Studio Units – Facilities include a queen-size bed in the bedroom, en suite, tea and toast-making facilities, microwave, fridge and toaster. Sky TV with DVD player.

Have your choice of private courtyard and spa pool, or double-spa bath in the bathroom.

Five One-Bedroom Units – Sleeps two to four people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, single bed and a fold out sofa bed in the lounge, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area. Two TV's with Sky and DVD player. Each unit has it's own private courtyard with a self-fill spa pool.

Two Two-Bedroom Units – Sleeps two to six people. There is a queen bed, a single bed and a TV in the upstairs bedroom with two single beds in the downstairs bedroom. Single bed in the lounge. There is one shower room upstairs on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with sofa, TV with Sky and DVD player. A private courtyard with a self-fill spa pool.

Townhouses at our Rotorua Spa Motel

The four two-bedroom townhouses sleep two to five people and are very popular with guests wanting some personal space, security and storage for their sports equipment, mountain bikes and vehicles.

Each townhouse has a private courtyard and lawn area for you to relax and enjoy during your stay. These units sleep between two to five people comfortably and offer the following facilities:

• Queen-size bed in main bedroom with LCD TV
• Second bedroom with two single beds
• Two units have fold down sofa beds in the lounge for fifth person
• Tiled walk-in shower room
• Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer
• Dining table and chairs, lounge area with sofa and LCD TV with Sky
• Cobbled courtyard with seating
• Internal-access garaging
• Family-size shared spa pool in a purpose built, timber lined cabin, just for the four townhouses
