What is Ayurveda

Ayurveda is India’s traditional, natural system of medicine that has been practiced for more than 6,000 years. Ayurveda emphasizes on prevention of disease and rejuvenation and extension of life span.

Ayurveda provides diet and lifestyle changes along with natural therapies. It is based on the five element theory our body is made up of five elements and whatever we eat or experience on the body is also same, so it’s important to keep this bodily elements in balance.
