TrackNet offer Southern South Island bus and coach services to Queenstown, Te Anau, Milford Sound, Invercargill, Fiordland, and the West Coast of New Zealand.
We are a reliable daily passenger Fiordland travel service going to and from many of the most beautiful areas of the South Island, in New Zealand.
Operating daily on the West Coast from Queenstown to Greymouth including Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers, Hokitika, Wanaka and Haast.
Operating daily during the summer Great Walks Season connecting Fiordland, Southland, Otago and the West Coast. Destinations include Milford Sound, Queenstown, Te Anau, Invercargill and Bluff (including the Stewart Island Ferry).
Daily services to and from: the Milford, Routeburn, Kepler and Hollyford Tracks (from October to May).
Services include The Kepler Track Shuttle, Milford Track Shuttle, West Coast Discovery Shuttle and the Milford Sound Shuttle.
Our timetables and schedules also connect Southern New Zealand with the West Coast for onward travel—if you have somewhere to be, just ask us.
If you just don’t have the time to walk the whole track why not consider a day walk? There are guided and unguided options available for the Milford, Routeburn (Key Summit), Kepler and Lake Marion.
The classic walk from the Milford Road, following the initial stages of the Routeburn Track. The 400-metre ascent through silver beech forest rises above the tree line, arriving on the tussock tops to an alpine world of unique vegetation, tarns and 360-degree views
The name “Key Summit” is derived from the fact the hill lies at the source of three watersheds, leading to three oceans—the Southern Ocean via the Eglington and Waiau Rivers, the Tasman via the Hollyford River, or the Pacific Ocean via the Clutha system.

Home of the Takahe, The Milford and Kepler Tracks and gateway to the fiords.
Relax and unwind in this beautiful setting, far from the grind of larger cities, Te Anau offers plenty of leisure and adventure opportunities such as beach and nature walks, a relaxing round of golf, hire a fishing line and try your luck or visit our wildlife park and meet indigenous birds including the Takahe, Kea, and Kaka!
We recommend that you plan to spend at least two days in this picturesque setting; two fantastic places to stay are the Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park and Edgewater Te Anau. Just a short walk to town with fantastic views over the lake!
Relax and unwind in the wilderness of Doubtful Sound onboard an overnight cruise with Fiordland Cruises, activities onboard include fishing, kayaking, swimming and stargazing, at night listen for the calls of morepork and weka.
