- Entries close 10am Sunday 31st January 2016, New Zealand time.
- Winners drawn on or about Wednesday 3rd February 2016.
- The winners will be contacted via email.
- Prize packs will be posted nationally or internationally free of charge.
- Any entry deemed to be fraudulent will be disqualified.
- First prize will be awarded to the entrant who achieves the highest score (drawn randomly in the event of a tie).
- The Top Motels first prize must be redeemed by the 1st of December 2016 and is subject to availability and excludes Easter.
- Second prize through to fifth prize, winners will be drawn randomly from all those who enter.
- Employees, relatives and associates of New Zealand Tourism Guide or Yellow Group are ineligible to enter.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entrants' personal details and email addresses will remain confidential and will not be used for any other purpose than to draw a winner.
