Princes Wharf Apartments – We have three spacious apartments at this Central Auckland location. The first has stunning views across the harbour towards the bridge and setting sun. The apartment has a very large living area, which opens onto a full deck where you can sit and watch the sun set across the harbour.

The second apartment is sunny, quiet and close to upmarket restaurants and nightlife. It's a short walk to Auckland's main business district, the Tepid Baths and gym, New World supermarket and Downtown shopping centre. Great indoor and outdoor flow with a spacious entertainer's deck.

The third Princes Wharf apartment has a very large living area, which opens onto full deck where you can sit and watch the ships come in. The wharf is the destination for all the cruise ships in Auckland, so occasionally you will have a cruise ship as your neighbour for the day...

Lighter Quay Apartments – There are a number of serviced apartments available at Lighter Quay, one of Auckland's most sought after lifestyle complexes. These serviced apartments in Auckland feature secure entry into the building and a private car park. In addition to the relaxed atmosphere of the complex why not enjoy one of the available facilities that include an indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and fully equipped gymnasium. Add to all this a nice walk around the Viaduct Basin or a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area.

Choose from either one bedroom or two bedroom apartments – ideal for a couple looking for a romantic city escape or small group of friends who are on holiday in Auckland.

The Heritage – Housed in the old Farmers Department Store that opened in 1921 is The Heritage Hotel. It has been restored to it's original art deco style with 12ft studs and beautiful hardwood floors. On the 7th floor, the Grand Tearoom now makes for a magnificent function room with arched windows on each side overlooking the city. The Heritage is located walking distance from the SKYCITY Entertainment Centre, the CBD and the Viaduct Harbour.

Hotel features include two pools, two spa pools, two gyms, tennis court and a restaurant all available to residents. The apartments are air-conditioned with full kitchens that open up into the bedroom or living areas. There is a hotel TV feed, allowing you to get movies and sport channels at no extra cost, plus a DVD, stereo and a generous wifi package but no landline.

The Quay Apartments – These apartments are located on the Auckland City Waterfront and are only minutes from the Vector Arena, Queen Street shops, Ferry Building and the Viaduct's restaurant and bars.

Choose to stay in the enormous three bedroom apartment (ideal for families) or the modern two bedroom apartment, which has 180 degree views of Auckland Harbour. Relax in the spacious living areas or on the deck or launch into the action that is waiting on your doorstep.

Along with these apartments, Quinovic Viaduct also offers a range of serviced apartments in Central Auckland, Freemans Bay, North CBD, Parnell, Ponsonby, East CBD, Viaduct Harbour, Peripheral CBD, Takapuna and Devonport.

Highlights of the Auckland Region

Auckland City lies between the Hauraki Gulf of the Pacific Ocean to the east, the low Hunua Ranges to the south-east, the Manukau Harbour to the south-west, and the Waitakere Ranges and smaller ranges to the west and north-west.

Auckland is one of the few cities in the world to have harbours on two separate bodies of water. The central part of the urban area of Auckland covers a narrow isthmus between the Manukau Harbour on the Tasman Sea, and the Waitemata Harbour on the Pacific Ocean.

Auckland's amazing geography and warm, humid climate has inspired a lifestyle that's regularly ranked in the world's top ten. In just half an hour you can be almost anywhere: sailing to an island, trekking through the rainforest, picnicking on a volcano, sampling wines at a vineyard or wandering a wild, black sand surf beach.

For an island escape, choose between Waiheke, Motuihe, Rangitoto, or journey a little further to Tiritiri Matangi, Kawau or Great Barrier. Each island has a different character and different things to do. Take your hiking boots or a good book and beach towel; you can be as active, or as inactive, as you like.

To the west, north and south there are beaches and vineyards. The native forests of the Waitakere and Hunua ranges let you discover New Zealand's unique bird and tree species, particularly the giant kauri tree.

Auckland does the urban side of life just as well as it does adventure. America's Cup activity has added an infusion of exciting new restaurants and bars. You'll feast on culinary masterpieces that draw from the cuisine styles of Europe, the Mediterranean, Polynesia, Japan and Thailand. In the stylish precincts of Parnell, Ponsonby and Viaduct Basin, scores of restaurants compete for your attention.

A reputation for great art and fashion makes Auckland a shopper's paradise. Within the city zone you'll find originality and flair everywhere you look. Local theatre and live music gigs are another opportunity to discover the creative side of New Zealand culture.
