Studio Units – The Studio Units at Lincoln Motel feature a Super King-size bed (or two single beds), a 42" flat screen wall mounted TV, microwave, hotplate, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and a bathroom with shower.

One Bedroom Units – These units have a Super King-size bed in bedroom (or two singles ), a queen size sofa bed in lounge, en suite bathroom with separate shower and bath, TVs in lounge and bedroom, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.

One Bedroom Spa Bath Units – These units at Lincoln motel have a Super King-size bed in bedroom (or two singles), a queen size sofa bed in lounge, en suite bathroom with separate shower and spa bath, TVs in lounge and bedroom, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.

Two Bedroom Unit – These units offer a Queen-size bed in one bedroom, a Super King-size bed (or two singles) in second bedroom, TVs in both bedrooms and the lounge, a Queen-size sofa bed in lounge, full kitchen facilities with oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher and an en suite bathroom.
