The Villas Dining & Coffee House Introduction

The Villas Dining & Coffee House is a favourite with locals for its fine coffee, delicious home-baked cakes and superb New Zealand cuisine. Our Christchurch cafe prides itself on its fast, friendly service and inviting atmosphere.

Our Christchurch cafe and restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch, and evenings for dinner. As we have a range of desserts and meals, everyone is sure to find something they will enjoy at The Villas Dining & Coffee House in Christchurch.

Our upstairs dining area seats about 20 and has refurbished timber-flooring and an elegant bay window. This gives us three separate functions rooms that are proving very popular.

The original Coffee House chairs and tables are back, but one of the new features is a private but spacious nook, al fresco seating at the rear of the building, and an outdoor fire. Our state of the art bar offers craft beers and a new and extensive wine and cocktail menu.

The Villas Dining & Coffee House Location

Our Christchurch cafe is situated just opposite the Christchurch Arts Centre on Montreal Street.

The Villas features two newly refurbished, charming Victorian weatherboard villas, side by side, with increased indoor/outdoor seating in the beautiful sunny courtyards.

The Villas Dining & Coffee House is open seven days a week.

Monday to Friday we are open from 7:00 am.

Saturday and Sunday we are open from 8:00 am.

Dinner is available from 5:00 pm. Breakfast is served until 3:00 pm on weekends.

Functions

Our Blue Villa - now open for dining and functions from four to forty persons.

We can now cater for your function. You can use the entire upstairs of the Blue Villa, or smaller groups can be seated privately.

We can cater for breakfast meetings, or evening functions, where you can have your own coffee barista.
