Our Rental Car Hire Insurance in New Zealand
We aim to make insurance easy so you can just have a great holiday and offer three insurance options all designed to give you the flexibility of what you want.
All Snap Rentals vehicles are automatically insured for you to drive and have a standard excess of NZ$2,000. You can choose to reduce you standard excess with two insurance reduction options:
Go Smarter - You can choose to pay an additional NZ$24 per day (to a maximum of 50 days) and reduce the insurance excess/bond to NZ$0.
Excess Reduction - You can choose to pay an additional NZ$16 per day (to a maximum of 50 days) and reduce the insurance excess/bond to NZ$200.
