A big industry in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands is farming and by including a farm stay experience on your holiday in Nelson, you can truly get a taste of what life can be like on a working Nelson farm. You'll experience beautiful rural farm settings, fabulously filling and delicious home-cooked food and all the sounds, sights and smells of dairy, sheep and agricultural farming.

After your farmstay holiday in Nelson bush, don't be too surprised if you end up sporting an oilskin coat, a checked bush-shirt topped off with a wide-brimmed stockman hat. Country life can be very contagious!
