'Queenstown Adventure Experience' Competition

Holly Russell was the lucky winner of New Zealand Tourism Online's 'Queenstown Adventure Experience' Competition.

1. Scenic Circle A-Line Hotel - Two Nights
Accommodation for two people for two nights at Scenic Circle A-Line Hotel. A Swiss-style 'chalet' in the hills, this hotel is perched above the town centre and will charm you with its distinctive design and friendly service. This offer is valid until 01/04/2006.

2. Shotover Jet - Two Tickets
From the moment the accelerator hits the floor, your adrenaline hits the roof as you power through the Shotover River and deep into the Shotover River canyons! It's an amazing ride, as the Shotover Canyon walls tower over you, and your driver skillfully whips the boat past rocky outcrops, and skims around crags and boulders. Please note tickets may not used in January 2006.

3. Shotover Canyon Swing - Two Tickets
Two tickets enable you to experience the World's highest swing at 109 metres above the ground! You are placed into a full body harness and then attached onto a twin rope swinging system. Once you 'depart' the platform you will freefall 60m/200ft down into the canyon until the ropes smoothly pendulum you into a giant 200m arc at 150kph.

4. Falcon South - Half Day Tour
Providing quality transport around Queenstown, Falcon South offers panoramic, limousine class coaches for a half day local sightseeing tour. Vehicles provide stunning local views with video, refrigerator, and hot water on board. All coaches are also equipped with seat belts for clients' safety.

5. Trout Fishing Services - Half Day Trip
Trout Fishing Services offer a half day (4 hour) boat fishing trip on Lake Dunstan for a party of up to four people. They average just over three trout per hour with a mixture of rainbows and browns. Please note that clients must get themselves to Cromwell and fishing licences are required but can be supplied at an extra cost.

The 'Wonderful Wilderness of Wanaka' Competition

Sian Gibbons of Christchurch was the lucky winner of New Zealand Tourism Online's 'Wonderful Wilderness of Wanaka' Competition.

1. Aoturoa Luxury Villa - Two Nights
Accommodation for two people for two nights at Aoturoa Luxury Villa. This exclusive Wanaka accommodation gives visitors to New Zealand a stunning high country experience.

2. Backcountry Saddle Expeditions - Two Tickets

4. Monster Trucks - Extreme 4x4 Ride for 2
Free ride for two people on the Extreme 4x4. This is an extreme heart stopping 4 wheel drive experience. Go for a radical off road ride as Ian puts a 4x4 through its paces taking it to the limit. The ultimate experience!

The 'Gems of Christchurch' Competition

Vivien Katipa-Maikuku of Te Kuiti was the lucky winner of New Zealand Tourism Online's 'Gems of Christchurch' Competition.

1. Scenic Circle - Two Nights
Accommodation for two people for two nights at a Scenic Circle Hotel. At Scenic Circle they provide good quality accommodation that offers location, service and comfort.

2. Orana Park - Two Tickets
Two tickets to New Zealand's largest open range wildlife and conservation centre. View endangered New Zealand and African wildlife in natural surroundings. 3. Southern Encounter Aquarium and Kiwi House - Two Tickets
Two tickets to the Aquarium and Kiwi house where you can discover the beauty and diversity of New Zealand's waterways. You can also watch the rare New Zealand Kiwi as they forage naturally in a tranquil bush setting.

4. Jack Tar Sailing Co. - Two Tickets
A half day pass for up to 6 people to experience first hand what it is like to sail an old sailboat. You will have the chance to see the beautiful scenery of Lyttelton Harbour, sailing around small bays and islands. If you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming alongside the boat.

The 'Mad about Mangaweka' Competition

Maria Siddall of Ongarue was the lucky winner of New Zealand Tourism Online's 'Mad about Mangaweka' Competition.

1. Grand Canyon of Rangitikei - Two free passes
It is a journey into the heart of the spectacular Mokai Gorge. For over a million years the Rangitikei River has been carving its way through the soft Sandstone and Papa bedrock to create this 80 metre deep canyon, impenetrable except by raft or kayak. The trip through the Gorges will take about 3-4 hours depending on river flows. Lunch is served under the bridge at Gravity Canyon Adventure Park.

2. Green Trout - One night's accommodation
Situated in the beautiful Kawhatau Valley, The Green Trout has superb views overlooking the Kawhatau River and up to the Ruahine Ranges. This comfortable, purpose-built lodge has a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen.
