Delivery is free to you anywhere in the world. Allow two to five days for New Zealand, one to two weeks for Australia and Asia and two to three weeks for UK, USA and the rest of the world.

Will the DVD play on my DVD player or computer?
DVD formats include multizone DVD's which will play in all countries and regions, and also play on a computer DVD player. Other DVD formats include NTSC for Japan and USA and PAL for the rest of the world.

How and when will I receive my DVD or CD?
Delivery is by priority airmail directly to your door and is usually within seven to 10 days for most countries, however please allow 14 days which covers orders received outside normal working hours. Delivery to a New Zealand address is usually three days.
