Riwaka Valley Walking and Cycle Track Transport

Riwaka Valley is the home of Riwaka Resurgence, a river flowing directly from within the Takaka Hill. It is a fascinating experience to follow the river up Riwaka Valley by vehicle or bicycle, and to walk the final few hundred metres to view the river flowing from a cavern in the Takaka Hill.
