with the Earthquake - can I drive as follows or should I change my routing?........From Christchurch airport use Old West Coast Road, Rt into West Coast Road (alpine drive) proceeding to, Waddington, Sheffield, Springfield, Castle Hill through Craigieburn Forest Park, passing Lake Pearson, Bealey, Arthurs pass, Mount Temple, Otira, Jacksons then at a T-Junction turning left into Kumara Jct Hwy, passing Seaview and Glow Worm Dell into Hokitaka . using State Hwy 6 passing Ruatapu, Ross, Kakapotahi, Harihari, Whataroa , Waiho into Franz Josef.Leaving Franz Joseph take State Highway 6 through Fox Glacier, Karangarua, Bruce Bay, Haast, Makarora, Lake Hawea, Albert Town to Wanaka
