national park village to whakapapa transport

PLEASE tell me how to get from National Park village to Whakapapa by public transport. We arrive at National Park village at 3pm on the intercity bus, missing the early afternoon shuttle that day. Is there a taxi service? Is there a shuttle that we can catch after 3pm in the same afternoon? Thank you for your reply.
