What to wear

Hello NZMy husband and I are traveling to NZ in March 2017 and know the weather can vary, however, can you make some specific suggestions on what kind of clothing we will need to bring? We will be doing some moderate hiking, perhaps a guided glacier walk, perhaps a flight from Wanaka to Milford Sound for the day and lots of sightseeing. We are landing in Queenstown and driving to Wanaka, Fox Glacier, along the coast up to Nelson before flying to Australia. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. March in Autumn, so it can still be warm. I suggest packing some shorts, t-shirts as well as long pants, jerseys and a warm jacket. If you are doing any camping you should also pack some thermals. Enjoy your holiday, your plans sound great.
