Cruise New Zealand

Ive spent hours on the computer trying to find a cruise to take a lovely 89yr old on.i am looking for us to fly to New Zealand (anywhere) and do a 5-7day cruise around the islands and fly home. the cruises from Sydney are 10days and as her carer I think it may be a bit long for me, so flying there and back and a nice short cruise would be perfect, I just can't find any. HELP!!!
