Distances to Glacier faces from the village centres
(West Coast - Franz Josef Glacier - Visitor Information)
We shall be arriving at either the Fox or Franz Joseph Glacier villages on Sunday the 26th February 2017 (circa 1300hrs), and would appreciate information on how far the Glacier "faces" are from the village centres in terms of time and distance. We shall have a car so can be self sufficient but would prefer to walk or take other transport (not helicopter). Due to shortage of time we have to leave for Greymouth om Monday morning to catch the Cristchurch train departing at1406hrs.
