corporate team-building farm w/ 5 star dining lodge

my husband and i operated a tour company in NZ from 2004-2006 and we were featured with this location/activity on an Australian tourism show, but i cannot remember the name of it and can't find it online.they had clay bird shooting, stock-car driving, golf driving range near cliff, helicopter trips, 5 star dining, and can't remember if it was at the time, but had previously been working farm. can you tell me the name of the place i'm describing outside of wellington?thank you!
