(West Coast - Greymouth - Accommodation)
I am doing a whistle stop tour of New Zealand. Arriving in Auckland getting a flight to Queenstown. Renting a car and travelling up the West coast.Have only about 5 days to do this and as I am not sure how much ground I will cover I wonder if I can manage not booking accomodation and find fairly budget places to stay along the way as it will be lowish season?many thanks Cynthia

You should be ok to book as you go but I would suggest you prebook Queenstown if you can, as that is such a popular tourist destination.
