Pre-booking trips and accomodation??

Hi, we are coming to New Zealand Feb 2018 for 3 weeks.Do you advise to pre book trips (north and south islands) and/or accomodation (for south island) ???It would be really useful to know this, thanksJill and Ian Clay

As that is summer in New Zealand and a busy time of year, yes I would suggest you book accommodation in advance. For the trips, it would depend on the trip. You could always contact places directly and ask them if they are usually fully booked in advance in Feb.
