tour company recomendations for private guided tours

We are 2 women wanting to travel throughout New Zealand for about 10-12 days in March. We have traveled extensively and wish only to visit the most photographic and unusual places and things to see and do. We are not interested in museums. We usually combine unusual wildlife, landscape and culture in our tours.We would like to do this privately with a guide.We do not need to stay in luxury accommodations, but rather 3 plus or 4 star hotels. They need to be clean, with a bathroom in the room, and in an area that we could walk to dinner or evening activities. We would like to have full day tours beginning at 8am and do not need a break throughout the day.What tour recommendations would you have?
