Need For Reservations
( New Zealand - Accommodation)
Three of us will be traveling from Auckland to Christchurch via camper van from Oct 13th to the 23rd. While I have made a few reservations at Holiday parks, I'd like to leave room to be flexible. How likely is it that we'll be able to find accommodations without prior booking during this time of year?

You should be ok in October with no prior bookings, as long as their are no major events on in the region. You could always email places that you are thinking of staying and checking with them in advance how much availability they currently have around the time you are staying.
