We will be visiting Wellington on 13 February, arriving on a cruise ship.We are intending to use the cable car to visit the Botanic Gardens. We were just wondering if these gardens are far from Zealandia and if it is walkable between the two venues or is there a bus service?We hope you can help with this.

If you were to walk, it is estimated that it would take 20 minutes to reach the cable car. A route map can be found here.
It is possible to drive there, but the local bus only covers a section of that route as this route has restricted usage or private roads. You can see that route here.
