We will be arriving by bus and would like to know if there is somewhere to store our luggage from 1100 until 1600. Our apartment does not have early storage available. Thanks JoAnn

Regarding storage in Rotorua, I found this, and hope that is is of some use:
ROTORUA i-SITE
Luggage can be stored for $5 per person for up to two bags and must be collected by 5.45pm before an overnight charge of $10 is applicable. Multiple day storage is available upon request. - Source
