How do I make a complaint
(West Coast - Custom and Personal Tours)
We stayed at Mt Cook View Motel in Fox Glacier this month and were threatened and bullied and sworn at by the Manager.. We don’t know where to go to complain about this behaviour in the Motel industry- we are Australian and were also abused racially in a most foul manner
