(Sheep Farm) between Tongariro and Wellington

Dear all,I was wondering if you could help me with this question. We are making a trip with a camper through New Zealand from end of December till half January. We would love to visit a (sheep) farm and the best time is when we are travelling from Tongariro to Wellington, does anybody have any tips about visiting a farm for a afternoon/night/morning in this area?Hopefully someone can help me!Thank you in advance!Best Regards,Mandy
