KiwiMaps New Zealand Travellers Road Atlases

I notice that I can get a KiwiMaps New Zealand Travellers Road Atlas - Complete Drivers Atlas for New Zealand. I can also get one for the north island and one for the South Island. I am going to both islands. Is the one atlas just as detailed as each of the two individual atlases? Or to get the most detail,, do it need to get both?

The combined New Zealand driver's atlas is not as detailed as the individual North and South Island atlases, but I am sure it would have enough detail to be sufficient for your tour around NZ.
