Age Limits for Rental Cars in New Zealand

Are there upper age limits for NZ car hire?. I am visiting next February and need to hire a car. Both myself and my wife have clean licences. We will be 78 and 75 years by that time having celebrated our birthdays in New Zealand .Thank you Michael Rhodes
