Farm house or Vineyard?

We have a group of 10~14 pax friends and looking for either a farm house or Vineyard to stay in Auckland. Also need a fully equipment kitchen to use, as we would like to self cater for one evening to celebrate this NZ holiday together. Our age are all below 45, friends gathering. As we are not familiar with Auckland and cannot make up our mind whether to stay at a farm house or a Vineyard. Because the beautiful sceneary is important in the accommodation.Appreciate any commend from insider view.
