Himatangi Beach is a small coastal settlement located about 25 kilometres west of Palmerston North in the Manawatu region of New Zealand. Himatangi Beach is about seven kilometres west of the small Himatangi Town, located on State Highway 1. Himatangi Beach has the largest sand dunes in New Zealand. Go fishing, boating or watch the sun set.
