Bombay is a settlement to the south of Auckland City, close to the town of Pukekohe. Bombay was named after the ship Bombay, which landed in Auckland and brought settlers to the area in 1863. Bombay offers a range of holiday accommodation, restaurants, cafes and attractions including the Simunovich Olive Estate and Maxwells Golf Retreat.
